ALDI adds waffles to its private label assortment

Batavia, Ill.-based ALDI is trying to become the ultimate brunch retailer by offering a private brand version of chocolate-stuffed waffles.

According to the company, the waffles are part of its Specially Selected private brand and will be sold for $3.99 for a limited time only, beginning on June 26. Other products under the company’s Specially Selected label range from mini eclairs to garlic butter sauce mussels.
