Aldi is adding stores for the first time in Buford, Ga., and Shreveport, La.

As November comes to a close, Aldi’s store expansion efforts continue with the opening of four new locations across the U.S.

Two communities – Long Beach, Calif., and Dubuque, Iowa – will each welcome their second Aldi store, while the grocer’s banner will fly for the first time in Buford, Ga., and Shreveport, La. The Long Beach store will open December 1, and the other three locations will have grand opening celebrations on November 30.

The first 100 customers visiting each store will receive a gift card as part of the AldiGolden Ticket gift card giveaway program. Shoppers can also enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a $500 ALDI gift card.

Aldi has had a presence in Long Beach for more than seven years, while residents of Dubuque had been able to shop Aldi for more than 24 years.

Shaun O’Keefe, Jefferson regional vice president for Aldi, which includes the Buford store, and Scott Huska, Denton regional vice president for Aldi, which includes the Shreveport location, each said they are excited to “introduce local customers to a new, more affordable way of shopping.”
