Available for private branding by Rum Sisters, Gulf Shores, Ala., these mostly rum-infused cakes include several varieties. The Keel Over is made with signature dark rum. The Bushwacker is made with coconut rum and chocolate. The Big O combines a proprietary cake recipe with Irish whiskey and cream. The Drunken Monkey is described as “eating banana bread with a bourbon kick.” Island Time incorporates the flavor of crushed pineapple, shredded coconut and coconut rum. And the Twisted Sista contains Kahlua and dark chocolate. The Keel Over and the Twisted Sista come in gluten-free varieties. The cakes are available in three sizes –– large, small and petite.
