7-Eleven announces store brand giveaway

In a Facebook post, Dallas-based 7-Eleven Inc. announced a week of freebies for customers at participating 7-Eleven stores. Dubbed 7Rewards Week, the event will kick off with 7-Eleven Day on Saturday, July 11. Customers will get a free small Slurpee between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.

From July 12 through July 18, customers then will get a store brand freebie — a 7-Select item under $2 — every time they purchase a coffee, Chillers Iced Coffee, Slurpee or Big Gulp item and scan their 7-Eleven app, downloadable at http://bit.ly/711app.
