With a strong background in manufacturing and regulatory compliance, Ashley Sturdivant has quickly become a key leader within Topco’s Quality Assurance team. As associate quality assurance manager, she oversees QA and regulatory compliance for products in the Center Store, Health & Beauty Care, and Grocery divisions, as well as managing a team responsible for fresh meat and seafood.

Supporting product lines that generate more than $1.5 billion in annual sales across the U.S. and international markets, Sturdivant brings a comprehensive, risk-based approach to quality assurance. Her manufacturing experience across both food and non-food sectors allows her to navigate complex compliance challenges with confidence and precision.

She was instrumental in Topco’s compliance with the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act, collaborating with suppliers to bring more than 1,300 products in line with updated FDA requirements, the most significant regulatory change to cosmetics since 1938.
