Tuttofood said it will introduce four new commodities sectors for its 2015 show, expanding the exhibition to a total surface area of 165,000 square meters and 10 pavilions. Besides the traditional sectors of Dairy products, Meat and Cured Meats, Sweets and Confectionary, Ho.Re.Ca Food, Beverage, Frozen Foods, Institutional and Oil, there will also be Seafood, Green Foods, Cereal and Mixed Products sectors.
The new Seafood sector will focus on fresh, preserved and frozen fish with a zone dedicated to "Regions of the Sea" in Italy and abroad. The Green Foods sector will be dedicated to organic, vegan, vegetarian, free-from, functional and baby food products. The Cereal area will focus on products made with orzo, rice, wheat, corn, and spelt, to name a few, Tuttofood said.
